For a natural lubricant try, virgin coconut oil. My husband loves it, too. The only caution I would offer is to those who have nut allergies. We find this to be 'slick' beyond belief. It's healthy for you skin, washes off the bedding easily, and actually will rub into to the skin for great conditioning.
