In a rather short amount of time my eyelids and surrounding skin went from being perfectly normal looking to having bumpy bags underneath, red rawness on top, and even thinning to the point of scabbing. Regular eye cream aggravated it, but I finally found Burts Bees Royal Jelly eye cream, and that has helped a lot. Not completely fixed, but so much better.

Is thinning skin around the eyes a perimenopausal symptom? I've had other PM symptoms (I'm 39). I was thinking of trying a progesterone cream (natural of course) as recommended by Dr. Northrup. Any advice?
