Take 1/3 of the amount of HUMACLEANSE until good bowel movements are acheived - then increase it to 1/2 the dose.

Sometimes the bowels just get overwhelmned by the amount of parasites and toxins being removed and can get a bit sluggish.

The HUMACLEANSE can be taken after the 30 days of HUMAWORM are over - the time limit is not as strict.
