Hi there,
Im writing to ask if Im not alone in my perimenopausal symptoms of cramping and ovarian pain. Im 45 years old and have been experiencing these problems for roughtly a year now...I have missed a period and had a period twice in one month...but the flow is pretty much the same. I have gone one or two months where I would say 4 days out of 7 I have the cramping...(feels much like Im getting my period). I am bloated...lots of days it is uncomfortable to do up a pair of pants...and even more so to try and lay on my side..where it places pressure on my stomach.
Curious to see if this is usual.
