I don't think that Candida is really my problem and tried the diet for 3 days a while back. I think I'll pass on trying it again, but just wanted to let you all know about what my DOM said about it today. I'm pretty sure you all know about taking the probiotics and anti-fungals/yeasts. Did you also know about taking blood oxygenators? He said if you don't do this as well, then the diet won't work, even though you might feel better.
