 Hiya Wings,

No need to apologize LOL.  I wasn't really scared I was just kind of freaked out but by the time I finished my post I had decided that if it made me sick it would surely be worth it cause I know what good things I'm doing for my body. I must have missed where we are supposed to take a teaspoon of the charcoal with it and I don't have any so I guess I'll wait and do that next time.  I am going to do another round when I'm finished with this one cause I'm sure I'm pretty stopped up LOL.

No worries about anything.  I can't wait to see what kind of slimy stuff comes out of me.
