An Ultrasound examination of the abdomen would reveal if there are any ovarian cysts or fibroids in the uterus which could cause this condition. Also since the hormone levels are not as desired that could also cause this bleeding. Homoeopathic Medicine has good remedies like Sil, Calc flour etc. to get rid of fibroids, Colocynth, Apis for ovarian cysts and a constitutional Homeopathic treatment with remedies like Sepia, Natrum mur, Lach etc. to correct the hormonal imbalance.
