Well, it DID look like black caulking foam... but the point was SUPPOSED to be that the IF#1 keeps the IF#2 moving through the body, plus we ARE drinking enough to "pee like a racehorse" or whatever the comment was, and yes, as Uny said, our colons are NOTHING like a glass sitting open on the countertop for a couple of days. I thought it was pretty cool to see the IF#2 expand, and just imagined in my mind it doing all the great stuff Uny detailed, above, inside my body.

I didn't mean to scare anybody or dissuade anybody from taking IF#2! I'm sorry!

Actually, I had been thinking about how back in the old days of CZ everybody was into P&B shakes. At that time, I was like, "P&B...peanut butter shakes???" No, they meant psyllium and Bentonite (clay). And the IF#2 powder, not capsules- don't bother with the capsules- outperformed P&B shakes all to pieces. Why? Because of the addition of the other herbs that Uny so aptly described (it was pretty apt, wasn't it? lol)

And now I'm really excited because we're encouraging folks to take a tablespoon of IF#2 instead of a teaspoon each time, and to add a teaspoon of activated charcoal on top of it. I've been seeing some "remarkable" results from making this "improvement." I think Uny's got a new IF#2 Ultra in the apothecary where she and Rocky just went ahead and added the extra charcoal in the recipe. I have to make a new batch of IF#2 this evening and that's what I'm going to do, too.

Uny, I'm really glad you set all that straight with the girls. I have been composing a similar post in my head today but this is the first time I've been able to sit down all day! Well, I did do a CE, but you know what I mean...

OK, I still have a lot of hay to make while the sun shines, so...
