I discovered all the pre-flush hype and specific instructuions that are absolutely necessary for a successful flush are just so much hogwash.

I discovered that a good full meal the night of the flush eliminates the weakness the next day. And the flush is still very successful.

Could be low blood sugar, could be low blood pressure but it's NOT the ultraphos.

The ES draws fluids from the rest of the body and the coffeee enema can be done the next day if you want. I never found it necessary though.

Plus fear of the unknown is a factor also.

Plus, are there any meds involved? Hows you upper neck?

Stick to it though, you're better (and tougher) than you think.
