It worked for me the next time and the times after that. I'm now on the 8th day of the MC. I skipped 2 days of the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) though b/c of things I had going on... like babysitting my 15 month old nephew all day.

Anyway, My sister said that I had to try to drink it in under 10 minutes. I still can't drink it that quickly but I think the first time I just didn't drink it fast enough.

I'm fairly satisfied with my results. I haven't passed anything crazy though... mainly liquid. I've lost about 11 pounds.
