Hi! Recently I had an UTI, the first in a long time and the ultrasound showed that I have fatty liver and some kidney stones. I've been eating mainly fruit and vegetables, no meat or fried foods to cleanse my system. I'd like to do a liver c;eanse soon. I'm taking Chinese medicine (powder). Is the liver cleanse recommended for fatty liver? Any tips about my diet: things to eat and things to avoid etc? Thank you so much!!
