I´d done an water enema an hour before the 1st ES cocktail and decided to put in a pinch of Sea Salt and come to think of it this may have played up with the blood pressure (???) because if I recall right the mild nausea and strange feeling started shortly after. This was the first time I´d tried the water enema before - last time was the first time I tried a coffee enema but since I´m a newbie at it :D don´t think I got the benefits from doing it. I kinda like the suggestion of taking a pinch of salt with the water BEFORE... but will have to give that more consideration because that too may do "something" adverse to the blood-pressure, mine is very instable. I´d like to also give the other Liver-Flush a try, if and when I find the 2 ingredients mentioned. Mag Malate should be OK to substitute with ACV which I have no problem finding here - but the other Mag. may not be that easy!
My neck still hurts from the fall - hoping its not fractured and if it does´nt improve will get an x-ray done mañana. Have been trying to release the pain with Castor Oil massage and Arnica Montana (the pills and the gel) and it seems to be better during the day time.
