Hi- does anyone get anxiety right before their periods and these doom thought like you are going to die and the world is going to end. I had a pounding heart on Mon and all these negative thought which lasted for 3 hrs. Then I was calm as an angel. Today is Friday and I have my period -I am very moody and cry alot.
