There's all kinds of books out there on everything. It seems to be a rare book that you see on menopause information.

An ideal book would be on what perimenopause is and remedies for helping calm down some of the problems most of us have. This book would sell like wild fire.

Some of friends don't have the foggies idea what is happening to them and what do about it if they do.
