I don't usually post anything unless I have something I think would be beneficial for other people to know. I have not had any results from anything I have been doing so I haven't posted. I am going to start a herbal powder that is going to strengthen my lungs. I had asthma for years and my doc thinks that may be something that is contributing to my lips. If I see any results from it I will post them.
