"Prevention Magazine" was discussing this topic.
I was quit interested because I had every symptom of perimenapause, but was diagnosed with Depression and given Prozac. I had gone through chemotherapy at an early age (24) and was told that I would go through menopause very early. I am currently 43 and have been going through my change for the last 15 years, or so the doctor's said until I recently had a blood test and my hormone levels were "normal". What is your take on taking Prozac for the symptoms? I do feel better, but do not like the stigmatism of being on "Prozac" Thank you.
