I've had periodic panic attacks since childhood but have been having other symptoms that I think might be hot flashes. It starts as heat in my spine then radiates throughout my entire body. The easiest way to describe the feeling is that I feel like I'm on fire. It is sometimes accompanied by sweating and my mouth goes dry. Sometimes this happens while I'm sleeping, while other times I might be walking through a store or watching TV. Sometimes I experience nausea, headaches & dizziness. I'm only 31 but this has been happening for approx 1 yr. Any ideas?
