first off i am a man and only came to this forum to find out what the heck PCOS stood for, then i saw your post and read it.

your story touched me and i thank you for sharing it. i guess there are simalar aspects to all healing journeys. thank you for reminding me to look inward also for energy blocks to healing. please keep sharing your story, it is powerful and deserves to be heard.
