Great Tip for the ladies who get bladder infections.
When I was sexually active years ago, I also started getting them all the time..

YOU MUST MUST...IMMEDIATELY after having penetrating intercourse, GO PEE! RIGHT AWAY! As soon as you are done having sex, you go pee...do not wait more than 5 minutes...The penis being inside you is what can cause them

When the doctor told me this 15 years ago, I have not had a bladder infection since!!!

DO IT! You will see a HUGE difference!
