Scouter,

Recently I read the opinion, on another website, that tooth restoration takes place during sleep.

The suggestion was to go to bed when it becomes dark outside, and waken with the morning sun.


I haven't yet proven this, one way or another, myself...but I find the prospect intersting.



Another idea was that the exhaled breath mixes with saliva, and helps restore teeth.
