oh, and i did smoke for many years too - camel filters no less - i smoked for about fifteen years, on and off. i know smoking increases your metal load - but it usually increases your cadmium - and i've read the symptoms for cadmium poisoning and they're not like my symptoms... but then who knows?

thing is, i haven't smoked in over 8 years now... so why is my candida worse now?

just thinking out loud - thanks for getting me to consider this angle.
