I don't disagree with you nice explanation, but if Clark uses COQ10 for it's oxygen effect, then why doesn't she use any antioxidant? There are zillions of them: pycnogenols, grape seed extract, pine bark, vitamin c, vitamin e, resveratrol, and on and on. Silica kills parasites directly, has been used as a deworming agent for centuries. It also goes into the blood stream and is extracted into the liver where it should kill any foreigners there too. Besides the anti-parasitic value of dichotomous earth, it has numerous additional properties from stronger bones, nails, teeth, and gums to anti-cancer properties (cancer can't survive oxygen either), and even artery plaque removal abilities. An excellent reading of the entire gamut of silica can be found in "Silica The Forgotten Nutrient" and is worth reading for anyone interested in alternative remedies. That book doesn't even mention the anti-parasite properties, but all the other wonderful benefits of silica in daily use. The book only talks about the vegetative source, horsetail, but the dichotomous earth is just as beneficial.
Other ways to oxygenate the body if that's what you're really after is ozonated water, or ingesting hydrogen peroxide, which I've also done. Either of those will flood your body with oxygen far faster and just as extensively as the pill forms. In fact both of those have been promoted in alternative areas as cancer fighters, because cancer cannot survive in an oxygenated environment.
One last thing that you can use if you wish to get to the liver is - garlic. Garlic removes heavy metals from the liver and is known to kill parasites even in the blood stream. There has been testing to see if garlic can cure malaria, the leading cause of death in the world, which is caused by a parasite in the blood stream. Last I heard garlic was found to kill that parasite in laboratory mice. How it does in human trials, I have not heard.
The reason that I promote silica is because it is the most effect anti-parasite by far, it's cheap, and the additional benefits are numerous.
Here is a great post about using dichotomous earth along with black walnut and cloves at: http://www.curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1440941#i (just below this thread).
If you wish to see all the other benefits of this amazing supplement, then just go to http://www.earthworkshealth.com/human-use.php
I'm a silica fan because I've seen the benefits in the form of stronger nails, hair, stopped bleeding gums, and better bowel control. I combine both the dichotomous earth and horsetail as a daily routine.
