I am not going to take them anymore. Had weird dreams that my skin was like a pinto horse from antihistamines.

I had good results from high dosing Lugol's, salt, C, MSM and another time substituting the MSM with OLE.

It really takes a lot of effort to do all those pills everyday!

Gotta mentally prepare for another run of that I guess.

This world is so toxic, and so many toxins are long and unfamiliar words. Who knows what all we hold inside that pollutes our body.
