This sounds terrible to me now, but pre-Curezone, I was really feeling the bad effects from low blood pressure.

I also had low chloride levels, so I had Lipton instant soup (yuck) for a few days for dinner, and I could feel a difference!

Perhaps the healthy version of that would be the Water Cure or just salting w Seasalt ?
