with a fibre product you need to drink lots of water (2L a day) so that you don't get constipated, or anything else. Our bodies need fibre to clean out the colon and intestine, and to get them to work properly. We need about 35 mg of fibre each day. We get this by eating fruits and vegetables, however many times we do not eat enough fruits and vegetables during the day to get this much fibre in our diet. This can be substituted with the Colonix fibre, or a fibre dietary supplement. But the Colonix fibre is all natural, does not have any additives or preservatives ..
