I'm really sorry to hear you're going through this. I used to have the same thing happen. It's a horrible experience. I've read the responses and personally am very spiritual but sometimes you need medical help. What you described used to happen to me all of the time! I was petrified to sleep for a while. I ended up gaining weight very rapidly for no reason which made me go to an eastern/western doctor because no one new what was wrong. I ended up being diagnosed with pcos and adrenal fatigue. I have been taking medication for the pcos but ignored the adrenal fatigue. I haven't felt well for a long time, fatigued, ache, loss of appetite, now I've lost weight and infrequently what happens to you will happen. I just think it might be physical and hope if it is that you find out before it could possibly get worse. I don't want you to go through everything I did. Check out symptoms of adrenal fatigue and see if you have any of them. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
