Yes, much much better thank you.  There is still a ways to go though and I really have to limit the time I spend sitting at the computer or pay the price and risk setbacks.  Wish it were otherwise, and my compulsive obsessive self has soooooooooo much catching up to do, so many plans for my websites, forums, groups, articles, books . . .  sigh.

Just gonna have to pace myself sensibly and get a game plan going.  Easier said than done, but what I have been through the past several weeks is a LOT of incentive!!
