Just throwing my two cents here!
Keep on keeping on!
Learn to listen to your inner voice. When it's time to stop/start you will know if you pay attaintion to your inner voice.
Patience is the name of the game. As we did not get in this mess we are in over night we can’t just walk out of it over night.
The reason alternative health methods will take time is because they work naturally with the body until all cells regenerates.
Also remember less is more. You can’t hurry your body to cleanse faster. If you give your best, your body has all the tools within to heal and repair itself. “The cure started at your body’s entry port, your mouth.”
Specially, it's wise to know food combination methods. It's so crucial.
