hello i read the post in the link u inserted in ur post but u did not comment about the raw milk and raw milk by prods such as raw chesse etc which this dr said was given to invalids to substitute as food because they couldn't digest foods and the raw milk not only has enzymes but nutrients and prbiotic qualities as well and apart from qouina is buckwheat,millet,rice bran safe or do they all turn into Sugar cause they do have carbs or should i abstain from any and all grains as stated on mercola cause of cross contamination and try flaxseed meal,coconut flour as substitutes and of course the raw milk,raw chesse,raw yogurt etc and go from there thanks for ur last post it was edifying
