Hi Charly,this Liver-Flush seems a lot simpler than the regular HC protocol.I have done a lot of LFs in the past and my health is all the better for them.However,I've taken a break from them this past year and I need to do some again but just thinking about all the OO (Olive-Oil) makes me nauseous.Two ounces of the OO (Olive-Oil) and Juice seems very tolerable so I think I'll give it a whirl.But instead of the mag citrate I'd rather down a dose of epsom salt...that works fine for me.What do you think?I also do coffee and salt water enemas after my flush to get rid of all the toxins.
