I have only heard that ascorbic acid (vitamin C) will transform Iodine into iodide. This is absolutely true in laboratory tests. ACV does not contain that kind of acid. As far as I know, no tests have been made with ACV to determine interaction with iodine.
I have read that apple cider vinegar may lower your Iodine levels over time. I don't know the Science of this either.
