 Dear Hveragerthi,

WOW I have so much Bentonite clay and I was going to toss it. I will try to put it in my bottled R/O water. I do put Sea Salt into the water when I work out.

You don't think the clay will pull minerals from the body? I thought that it could actually contribute to depleting or blocking vitamins and minerals.

Clay is an adsorbent, so it can remove vitamins and minerals if ingested. You are not ingesting the clay though. You are allowing the water to leach minerals out of the clay to saturate itself. The clay stays in the bottom of the container. It is the same principle as water becoming hard. Rainwater is distilled water, which is pretty solvent. So when it falls it reacts with other substances such as rock, where it absorbs minerals from the rock. You then ingest the water with the dissolved minerals, but not the rock the minerals came from. Hopefully that made sense, LOL.

Have you been happy with the results you have obtained from silica?

I love it. The primary effect that is readily noticeable is my fingernails get ultra hard after about a week. This is a good indicator for the absorption and utilization as it is used to form tissues like fingernails.

Thank you so much! This is a conversation I find that people outside of Curezone really don't have much to contribute to! I am usually on the level of trying to change their minds about fluoride!!!!!!!
