How did you come up with the idea that your body is too acidic and that balancing your PH may be your solution?

So how long have you been on the "balance your Ph" diet?

How much have you lots so far? How do you think your acid levels got so high?

I know that Candida makes ones body acidic. And birth control pills and Antibiotics causes candidais.

Is the balance Ph book mention PCOS? Keen to know why you were lead to look into balancing your Ph to try to cure PCOS.
