Hi lisa I would like to hear more from you about your PCOS and balancing your PH level. My best friend has PCOS and I really want to help her try to fix it naturally. I'm the health freak with my own set of problems but I would like to do some research for her.

She is also insulin resistant and her body produces to much testosterone.
