Ask a very close friend if you smell and ask them to be honest. Body Odor is usually bacteria that is trapped. A friend told me about odurkure.com products and I bought the magic mist spray (cool mist) the peppermint soap and the spot dabber. I no longer stink. I too used to get so stinky at work that I felt like others were talking about me, so I can relate.
