Lol. Looks good too T! That's in the true strawman format. I can't see how "the MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY" can charge people money for something like that. What service or product do you get for that money I'm wondering.

I can hardly wait to see the outcomes.

I remembered something else this morning I forgot to put in that letter, was to say that since her credit report shows the account was "charged off" by Capitol One, the debt has already been settled and she no longer owes the debt. And the debt collector is a third party not even involved in the matter.
