I thought it was a myth and started drinking distilled water midway through my fast and first few days of my refeeding and soon realized it was causing problems. I don't know if it is lyching minerals but it is causing some type of harm. And to those who support distilled I offer you a test, Don't drink distilled for 1 week and prove me wrong.
