Take it from me, i've heard all the crappy advice people dish out. Of course you've tried everything, most of us with PCOS have. I 've eaten healthily my whole life. My problems started with asthma and a sore throat and digressed from there when i took inhalers (steroids) and sudafed & cough medicine to coat my throat. I really believe that the Liver Flush is going to help me. Now that I've found out that i can use 600-800mg of magnesium citrate disolved in water for each dose, i will do it again (the Epsom Salts killed me). the liver processes all hormones so this has to be the ticket.

i tried metformin. it gave me daily diarrhea and so anything i ate came out so i stopped bcse the doctors didn't see this as a problem. i take progesterone about 6 x's /yr, but i take the NATURAL kind called PROMETRIUM. it helps but isn't a cure. i want a cure so i 'm going to do the Liver Flush thing diligently.

i've been juicing for years, have been on/off thyroid pills, etc and have tried a slew of eating methods within reason (no majorly fadish diets, mostly just more wholefood nutrition) and have not managed to reverse this though i am getting better.
