WOW!
This is an interesting article. It sounds from the research it can stabilize your hormones and really strengthen our immune system. Can you ask Dr. Griffin his medical advice? So, reading throught the article, I found it hard to decipher which was the best way to take it: Pill, juice or in an oil??
I have an apt. with my MD/Osteopath July 7, so I will ask him too! Jill, thank you for always being so positive and finding new info.! Thanks
