Thanks for clearing things up!

I'm just a fellow cure zoner who is looking for answers. I go thru many forums hoping to find someone who is dealing with the same problems I am. It seems like the more things I try the worst my condition gets and the lighter my wallet feels.

The HWS formulas do look interesting tho, but I'll wait for more feedback.
