Not for me either, and I know by personal experience, so I have to watch it, lol!  But the really bad kind is when you don't get ANY sleep at all for 2 days or more, one day and you just feel very tired, irritable and forgetful, after that the stress hormones kick in so bad they affect you physically, and your mind begins to seriously fail.
