I agree with what Outoftime said. More information is always useful.

Although I hate doctors, I still do tests every year to see if there is anything they know that other sources can't figure out. It also creates a baseline for my health.

Naturopaths are great, mine does iridology, live blood cell testing, and is also a herbalist, so with 2 other ways to diagnose unknown problems that doctors can't usually find, it's always very useful and we've corrected problems (with herbs) before they became a big problem.

You can test for all kinds of things... like I said, more information doesn't hurt, as long as you can afford it.
