I agree, it's not easy, two steps forward and one step back, sometimes more! I'm finally starting to feel halfway normal after I got hit with Lyme two years ago. I hope you find the keys to get your health back.

I'm sure you've heard it before but if you have mercury fillings in your mouth you're fighting an uphill battle, gotta get rid of that toxic poison first.
