Also, on Friday the 12th(I think I did post that night) I was way-down-low in spirit and energy. Just crashed when I came home from work--couldn't even speak! So anyway, I have a far-infrared-sauna, I decided to give this a try to see if it would help. I also have an ionic footbath(realize you don't like these, it maybe be psychological, but they sure do "feel" as if they are getting something out) so I did it too. I was desperate! Well, I accidently fell asleep in the sauna for the whole 60 minutes. Sorry I forgot to mention this before, but I started my period Saturday morning. Don't know what that means. I just know that for the two days before I started I couldn't hardly even keep my eyes open. I was like a walking zombie. I was wondering what could cause this extreme exhaustion before my period? I almost don't feel like it's safe for me to drive when I feel this way. Anyway, thanks again.
