for those of us who've been health nuts our whole lives and developed pcos anyway.... metals can also be an underlying cause of PCOS as well as synthetic estrogens from plastics taking up hormone receptor sites and not converting properly to progesterone, the lack of which causes thyroid and blood sugar/insulin issues....
