Armour Thyroid is made of the ground-up dessicated (dried) thyroids of pigs...it is NOT a hormone that is natural to the human body, it is dead pig parts (that are only natural to a pig).

Another hormone taken from pigs (and used in the same basic way as Armour) is insulin (well, it WAS taken from pigs/cows, but most insulin is totally synthetic now). What happens to a weakened pancreas when it is given insulin? The body stops triggering the pancreas to make insulin (since it has a synthetic/fake replacement), and eventually the pancreas stops making it altogether! It's EASY to beat diabetes when first diagnosed, but the longer one has taken insulin, the harder it is to cure...because the presence of the unnatural hormone has shut the pancreas down.

How unnatural is it? And how dangerous is it? One can have diabetes, can monitor their blood Sugar PERFECTLY, eat a perfect diet, take their insulin as recommended, exercise daily...and invariably the diabetic WILL die from end-stage diabetes...and all the associated symptoms. Oh yeah, the insulin creates AWESOME "test results" and perfect "blood Sugar levels" on the allopathic tests, but the body still dies of diabetes.

Anybody wanna take the risk that pig hormones for the thyroid do the same thing to the thyroid...as pig hormones for the pancreas do the pancreas?

At the very LEAST, supplementing hormones when the body is low on hormones throws everything throughout the body out of balance...at the very worst (as with insulin for the pancreas, and Cortef for the adrenals) it causes the organ to stop creating the hormone, which leads to further organ damage AND addiction to the hormone.

'Sorry I don't have time to elaborate further, but it's noon, and I still haven't had any sleep...and I've got other "crisis" posts to answer.

P.S. Solmare :::grin::: please forgive my sarcasm, but I'm just about to be honest with MY thoughts...

Dr. Christopher was able to cause a vertebrae that had been totally dissolved by cancer to regrow into cartilage and then calcify into a perfect vertebrae; he was able to the lengthen the leg and foot of a young woman who'd had polio (whose one leg & foot had shriveled after polio...and been that way for almost ten years); Dr. Schulze was able to cure AIDS and Lou Gehrigs Disease...and they both cured MD, MS and every incurable disease known to man at the time.

...but you doubt their protocols can heal the thyroid gland. :::sigh::: I'm feeling EXTREMELY defeated all of a sudden.
