Yes yes the same...you know sometimes i just feel like crying going to the dam shops....everything has suger....everything trigers it.
But...
i think that not eating but once might not do ur bb good, since if u are hungry stomac will let flued. hun try eating small portions more times a day.that shold really help....please let me know how u go

no i have nevar heard of enzymes? what is it?
