I have been thinking about buying a FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) sauna to help with detox. I keep seeing the following cautions:

Raising the core temperature may be contraindicated for individuals with adrenal suppression etc.

Does anyone know anything more about this? A few years ago I was dx'd with adrenal fatigue. It comes and goes but I would like to know why this would be bad. Thanks!!
