Just a guess, Michael...

We may all be getting more copper than we need...it is used so much in our water, and even copper piping may deliver us some.

Apparently, there is an ideal copper/zinc balance, within, that is vitally important.

Yesterday I read that the copper/zinc balance must be done, first, before another particular protocol is attempted.

Only a beginner in understanding well-being, I am trusting the Himalayan Crystal Mineral Salts baths, footbaths, hand baths, to balance minerals, both in and out.

...That's baths in a 1% solution, as 'salty'-tasting as tears.

...1 kg. or 2.2 pounds of the Mineral Salts to the average bathtubful of water.

...Soak some or all skin for 20 or 30 minutes. ...Very relaxing.

Start the Mineral Salts melting in a bucket, well beforehand...they are slow melting, and it's no fun to sit on the bits.

Two footbaths and all anxiety vanished, apparently permanently. And, the edema on the tops of my feet reduced dramatically.

Both were unexpected results.

The Crystal Mineral Salts I found in my health food store happened to come from the distributor...

Here is what Daisy4 wrote in the Salt forum...

It may be good to read that whole thread. Like everything else, this procedure may have its detractors.

But, my results tell me that it is one of the best things for me.

I learned a lot about osmosis from a kidney dialysis patient, years ago. (Thank you, Peter.)

I feel I am balancing all minerals, within, including iodine, copper, and zinc.

The skin is the largest detoxing organ we have. It handles more than the other three detoxing organs, combined...lungs, kidneys, and bowels.

It is only recently that a scientist has theorized the method of intake and outflow of substances at work in each and every cell.

Skin is a wonderful organ.

My best,

Fledgling
