Hi nbsp2006,

Although taking a detoxifying coffee retention enema is not the same as a liver flush, I believe that this enema can give you the same results as a liver flush but at a much slower pace. After my 3 days juice fast with a daily coffee enema which I have been doing about once a month I nearly always take cleansing enemas for 2 or 3 days after the fast. I find that I get a lot of chaff and toxins being release for a day or two after the fast. Like you if I don’t take these cleansing enemas I feel worn out and tired and out of sort.
